I really look forward to Claire's Pilates class on Sunday morning.  I have 2 young children so it's been very difficult to find a day and time that suits me.  I love the ease of joining Claire's online class which means it takes even less time out of my day and so less childcare organisation.  My girls see me doing an exercise class which I think is good and they sometimes try and join in.

I can't recommend CR Pilates with Claire enough!

She is extremely good at putting you at your ease.  All levels are taught and Claire talks you through every move so you feel confident that you are doing it right.  I could feel the benefits within a couple of classes.  Claire is calm, professional and friendly.  I would say to anyone to give her classes a try, you won't be disappointed.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Claire's Pilates class - she teaches at all levels, with various moves which keeps the class interesting and which are beneficial for your body.  At the end of the class you feel fit and refreshed.  Thank you Claire

I started Pilates last May, during lockdown.  At the time I had never taken part in any type of Pilates so the first class was essential to understand the fundamentals of Pilates.
