I have been attending Pilates classes for several years.  It was recommended to me by my GP as I have a lower back injury.   I started attending Claire's classes just after the first lockdown, May 2020. 

I have found myself improving with every lesson. I feel more flexible in my body and I have a new mental strength which makes me more aware of my posture.  Claire takes the time to listen to any health issues I have, and she adapts the movements to take injuries into account. 

Each class is well structured, so we get the best out of it and she always demonstrates three levels of every move.  I would recommend Claire, whether you are new at Pilates or have been training for years, she will provide you with an excellent workout.
