I started Pilates last May, during lockdown.  At the time I had never taken part in any type of Pilates so the first class was essential to understand the fundamentals of Pilates. 

Claire made sure new members were welcome to the group as well as running through each exercise, it's purpose and how to engage different muscles.

Claire's online classes are always different and she caters to each person's needs whether they are a beginner or a more advanced member, so the activities vary in difficulty depending on your fitness level.  Claire is confident, clear and easy to understand and her demonstrations are easy to follow.

Now I am nearly a year into participating I can feel the real benefits, I'm more flexible, have a strong core and I'm more toned.  I would definitely recommend Claire's classes to friends and family members.
