Pilates Classes

All Centres are now open again - You can book your classes now to secure your place as there is limited spaces due to Covid.  If need any details please contact Claire on 07799 691869.

Weekly Sessions will take place on: 

Mondays  6.15pm - 7.15pm  - St Nicholas Church, Battenburg Avenue, Hilsea, Portsmouth, Hants, PO2 0SW  (parking available)

Tuesdays   6pm - 7pm    Denmead Community Centre, School Lane, Denmead, Waterlooville, PO7 6LU   (parking available)

Thursdays  6pm - 7pm Waterlooville Community Centre, 10 Maurepas Way, Waterlooville, PO7 7AY (next to Asda Supermarket)

Thursdays  4.15pm - 5.15pm  Emsworth Community Centre, North Street, Emsworth, PO10 7DD  (parking available)

Fridays  9.30am - 10.30am    Denmead Community Centre, School Lane, Denmead, Waterlooville, PO7 6LU   (parking available)

Classes are available to anyone, men and women of any age (16 years and over) and suitable for all fitness levels. Please go to the contact page and make sure you complete our Health Screening form which confirms you are fit and healthy enough to join in our regular sessions and have some fun.

Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks.  All classes must be paid in advance. Please get in touch if need more details.

Please note: Due to Covid 19 we are unable to share equipment at the moment. It is advised to bring your own. If you wish to purchase any other equipment, don't hesitate to ask about this.

Contact us for more information.  You will need your own Pilates mat and a small towel (to support the neck or back). Pilates mats should be as thick as possible for comfort when lying on the floor. Shoes are not required. You will find it helpful to wear layers and suitable exercise clothing.  

Pilates equipment used in sessions (please bring your own if used before, or you may ask for advice about purchasing your own)  

Beginners will not need any equipment only a Pilates mat. (15mm think)
